All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

- Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
- Used Items
Once a squishy has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for return or refund. If a defect is discovered right away after opening, please contact us and we will review it case by case.
- Handmade Variations
Our squishies are handmade, so small imperfections are normal and not considered defects. This includes minor air bubbles, small filling holes, seams, texture differences, or slight shape variations.
Large or unusual defects that affect the product’s normal use may be reviewed for support.
- Shipping & Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. USPS or carrier delays do not qualify for refunds.
- Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses, but we can help assist with carrier claims when possible.
- Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier. Outcomes depend on carrier tracking and claim results.
- Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before a shipping label is created.
- Partial Refunds
The Squishy Hut may offer partial refunds when appropriate instead of full refunds or replacements.
